Tony - Hawaiian Night

Wow, the first semester flew by this year! It seems like just last week I was helping fellow students move into their rooms during Orientation week. This week is Winter Meltdown and it gets very busy here on the SMSU campus. Tomorrow night STAT will be holding the 2nd Annual Nearly Naked Mile. This is a clothing drive in which students show up with a bunch of old clothes on and then strip down to there drawers or a creative costume and run around campus. After the Nearly Naked Mile there will be the Winter Meltdown Dance. This week is filled with fun! I'm really looking forward to Saturday night as well because it is our annual "Hawaiian Night". Basically, it's our homecoming game for the basketball team. We will be facing off with Winona and I know our fans will be out of control. It's such a fun game to be at. Everyone on campus is getting excited and you can feel it in the atmosphere (along with the warming weather after last week's cold spell.)

If you get a chance come check out the basketball game this Saturday. . . it will be awesome!
