With the end of the fall semester just around the corner, campus is buzzing with excitement and anticipation. With less than a week before Thanksgiving break, and just over a month before Winter Break, students are scrambling to finish final papers, projects, and exams. The few weeks right before finals always seem to be the most busy and chaotic here at SMSU. Even through all the hustle and bustle of homework and finals, SMSU still hosts an assortment of fun activities. For example, we had a bingo night last week, a speaker called “Big Money” last night, and tomorrow is the opening night of the one act play, The Bald Soprano. There is also a Rave themed dance scheduled for Thursday evening. Oh, and not to mention supporting our Mighty Mustangs at the basketball games this season. As you can see, there are so many options! My friends and I love to go to these activities because they are a chance to hang out with friends, meet new people, and get your mind off of homework for a little while. It’s so strange to think that we are already about half way through the 11-12 school year! Go Stangs!
Happy Holidays!
