Red Out!

The volleyball game on Friday November 4 had a red out theme. The first 400 fans to the game received a free red t-shirt to benefit and promote awareness for heart disease among women. Annie, Anjelica, and I went to the game together. We were there in time to receive a free red t-shirt. The volleyball team got together with 105.1 Karl Country Radio in Marshall to help support the red out theme that night. The volleyball team also wore red jerseys for the night to also benefit and promote awareness for heart disease. SMSU volleyball team played University of Mary from Bismarck, North Dakota. SMSU’s Mary Groth led SMSU in kills getting 18 of them. They went on to beat them in 3 games. The SMSU volleyball team is ranked ninth in the American Volleyball Coaches Association for the fifth straight week.
