2015 Ag Bowl Festivities

Hello All!

Hope everyone’s fall semester is going great! It is just crazy how fast it has gone so far. I also hope that everyone is getting out and enjoying campus. That is the best way to meet people is by going to lots of activities. A few weeks ago we had our annual Ag Bowl. This is a celebration of agriculture in our area. There are lots of things that went on including a petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, horse drawn carriage rides and of course the football game. I enjoyed seeing people of all ages walking around and taking part in all of these activities on campus and having a great time. The SMSU Mustang Football team played a nail-biter of a game against the Bemidji state Beavers. The game was close pretty much the whole time and then we scored with just a few minutes left in the game. It was so fun seeing all of the guys’ reactions when the game was over. My friends and I took a victory picture with Stanger. Ag Bowl is a tradition here on campus, so if you didn’t get involved this time there is always next year. Everyone have a great homecoming week and attend as many activities on campus as you can. Get involved!
