Wednesday, February 15th is Strategic Planning day here at SMSU. Strategic planning is an organizations process to find a strategy and plan to meet goals they set. Strategic Planning starts at 8:30 and goes until 12:30, classes are not held until after 12:30 tomorrow. Faculty and staff are to attend this meeting and for students, it is optional. At this meeting, they will set goals and determine how these goals will be met. Strategic planning is a wonderful event held on campus to get everyone involved to help set goals to better SMSU.
